Cancellation Policy

—Cancellations or requests to reschedule communicated with less than 24 hours notice will be assessed a cancellation fee of $40/hour based on the duration of your appointment reservation. This fee will be charged through the card on file as communicated at the time of booking, though we are happy to accept an alternative payment method at your request. —Any client who does not notify us of their need to cancel and does not show up for a scheduled appointment will be assessed a no-show fee of $100/hr based on the duration of the appointment reservation.
